A1 Who We Are, and What This Policy Covers
This Privacy Policy is issued by Dreamverse Learning Lab Pvt. Ltd. (“Dreamverse”, “SparksDream”, “we”, “us”, “our”), a company registered in India. It applies to the SparksDream mobile app (distributed on Android via Google Play), the SparksDream website, and any linked digital accounts for SparksDream’s physical products — Card Games, Kits, and Books.
SparksDream is built for creatives and early-career adults aged 18 and over — currently university students and young professionals across India. It is not directed at, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from, anyone under 18.
A2 Information We Collect
We collect only what SparksDream actually needs to run and improve the product. The table below is the accurate, current picture — kept in sync with the Data Safety declaration published on Google Play.

A3 How We Use Your Information
To run the core product: Your account, journey and activities, mentor matching, and community features. Without this, SparksDream simply doesn’t work.
To keep the community safe: Automated text and image moderation on posts, comments, and chat — backed by human review of anything reported.
To communicate with you: Onboarding, account and security notices, support replies, and — only if you’ve opted in — product updates and offers. You can opt out of marketing email at any time.
To improve SparksDream: Using aggregated, de-identified usage patterns.
To meet our legal obligations: Responding to lawful requests, enforcing our Terms of Use, and reporting security incidents where required.
A4 AI-Generated Guidance — How It Works & What it isn’t
Please note that AI content is labelled as such throughout the app. It is not professional business, financial, career, or legal advice. Treat it as a starting point for your own thinking — not a final answer.
Our activities and moderation are all powered by Google Gemini, called through Google Cloud. Their responses are grounded in curated SparksDream content using RAG (retrieval-augmented generation) where relevant — which reduces, but does not eliminate, the chance of a confidently wrong answer.
You can flag any AI response that seems wrong, offensive, or unsafe directly from that response. Flagged content goes to our team for review and helps us improve the underlying grounding over time.

If Dreamverse is ever involved in a merger, acquisition, or asset sale, your information may transfer as part of that transaction. You’ll be notified, and an updated Policy will continue to govern how it’s used.
A6 Where Your Data Lives, and How Long We Keep It
Primary storage is handled on Google Cloud infrastructure as a data processor acting on our instructions.

A8 Community Content, Reporting, and Moderation
Every post, comment, and chat message carries a Report action, and every user profile carries a Block action — both reachable in one or two taps, not buried in a menu.
Automated text and image moderation screens content as it’s posted. Anything reported goes to human review, prioritised for response within a turnaround time published alongside our Community Guidelines.
A9 Cookies and Similar Technologies
The SparksDream website uses cookies and similar technologies for core functionality and analytics. If you’re visiting from the EU or another jurisdiction with its own cookie-consent requirement, you’ll see a consent banner before non-essential cookies are set.
A11 How We Protect Your Information
We apply reasonable security practices and procedures as required under the IT (Reasonable Security Practices and Sensitive Personal Data or Information) Rules, 2011 — including encryption in transit, access controls, and regular review of who can reach production data.
If we experience a security incident that qualifies for reporting, we notify CERT-In within 6 hours of becoming aware of it, per the CERT-In Directions, 2022, and we notify affected users without undue delay. No system is perfectly secure, and we treat security as an ongoing responsibility — not a one-time checkbox.
A12 International Use
SparksDream is built and marketed for users in India, and Play Store distribution is geo-targeted accordingly. If you access SparksDream from the European Union or another jurisdiction with its own data-protection law, that law may apply to us regardless of our primary market. We’re tracking this and will update this Policy as our footprint changes.
A13 Links to Other Sites
SparksDream may link to third-party websites or content we don’t control — including payment processors once that integration ships. We’re not responsible for their privacy practices, and we encourage you to read their policies separately.
A14 Changes to This Policy
We’ll post any changes here with an updated “last revised” date. For material changes — the kind that meaningfully change what we collect or how we use it — we’ll also notify you directly, in-app or by email, before the change takes effect.
Terms of Use
B1 Acceptance and Eligibility
By creating a SparksDream account, you confirm you are 18 years of age or older, that the information you provide is accurate, and that you agree to these Terms of Use and the Privacy Policy (Part A). Each person may hold one SparksDream account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach this Section.
B2 What SparksDream Is
SparksDream is a youth entrepreneurship and career-discovery platform combining:

B3 Your Account
You’re responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity that happens under your account. Tell us immediately at info@dreamverselab.com if you suspect unauthorised access. Provide accurate registration information and keep it up to date. You can delete your account anytime by going to SparksDream App -> Profile -> Data and Privacy -> Delete Account. The App will once confirm if you really want to Delete Your Account? Press Yes to permanently Delete and you will get redirected to the Homepage with your data removed from our app’s database.
B4 Community Guidelines
SparksDream is a space for creative growth and positive upliftment. We expect everyone — users, mentors, and visitors — to treat it that way. You agree not to, on SparksDream:

We use text and image moderation, backed by human review of reported content, and may remove content or suspend accounts that breach this Section.
B5 Your Content
You keep ownership of what you share — your Idea Kitchen entries, comments, Jam contributions, and similar content (“User Content”). By posting it on SparksDream’s Community Pages only, you grant Dreamverse a worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, display, and use that User Content to operate and promote the Service. We can remove User Content that violates these Terms or the Community Guidelines.
B6 AI Features — What They Are, and Aren’t
Boop and Activities use AI to generate suggestions, prompts, and guidance. This content is provided “as is”, is not professional business, financial, career, or legal advice, and may occasionally be inaccurate despite our grounding safeguards. You’re responsible for decisions you make based on it.
Report anything that seems wrong using the in-app flag on that response. Your reports directly help us improve the underlying grounding.
B7 Mentor Sessions
SparksDream facilitates introductions and scheduling between you and independent mentors; we don’t guarantee any particular outcome from a mentor session. During the current pilot, each user receives one free mentor session per month. Any additional sessions are arranged and paid for directly between you and the mentor — Dreamverse is not a party to that payment and is not responsible for it.

B9 Intellectual Property
SparksDream, the SparksDream name and logo, activity frameworks, and all other proprietary frameworks, curricula, and branding are the intellectual property of Dreamverse Learning Lab Pvt. Ltd. Nothing in these Terms grants you rights to that intellectual property beyond your personal, non-commercial use of the Service.
B10 Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account for breach of these Terms — including misrepresenting your age, misusing the AI features, or violating the Community Guidelines. You may close your account at any time (see Part A7 and Part A15).
B11 Disclaimers
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. We don’t warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI-generated content will be accurate or suitable for your specific circumstances.
B12 Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Indian law, Dreamverse’s liability arising from your use of SparksDream is limited to the amount you’ve paid us, if any, in the 12 months preceding the claim. We aren’t liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
B13 Indemnification
You agree to indemnify Dreamverse against claims arising from your breach of these Terms or misuse of the Service.
B14 Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Lucknow have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute not first resolved through the grievance process below.
