Hunarbaaz Case Study
Dreamverse Learning Lab’s Hunarbaaz is a tech-enabled product that enables the users to build entrepreneurial skills and adopt an “i- can” attitude through interactive content and community support.
This is facilitated through a conversational agent built upon an Interactive Voice Response Systems (IVRs) that leverage audio storytelling, assessment as well as community building processes over a phone call. Additionally, weekly community circles facilitated on-ground gather print-based data from worksheets to analyze and ascertain tangible progress to goals.

A Blended Learning Model
20 stories of 2 minutes each were published on the platform on a weekly basis. Each story ended with an quantitative ‘recall’ question to be answered via key presses to gauge engagement. A qualitative ‘action’ based question followed this to gauge learning impact.
